Outlook to Lotus Notes Conversion software allow users to convert Outlook emails to Lotus Notes in 2 ways:

Convert MS Outlook PST Files to Lotus Notes NSF Files
First step is the most obvious step. Open the software. Go to Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes
Following screen will be displayed:
There will be two options given, Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes and Convert other PST file. By default, Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes will be selected. Now, click Export Mailbox button
This is to start the process. Then the software will display mailboxes of all the configured PST files as follows:
After this, you need to select a mailbox to preview from the drop down list of configured PST files.
After selection, the software will display all the items of Outlook (emails, email folders, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals) if present:
You can select the items you want to convert by clicking on the check boxes. By default, all the email folders are selected to be converted to Lotus Notes.
Then click Start Conversion button for conversion. You will be asked the location where you want to save converted PST files. After this, following screen will be displayed:
You will have to enter a name for the PST files. Then click Export Mailbox button to convert PST to NSF.

A Simple Process – Email Conversion is a Few Minutes Away
Open the software first. Go to, Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes
Software will display the below screen:
Now, select “Convert Other PST File” from the two options given. After that click on the “Browse” button to locate and then select orphan PST files. Screenshot as follows:
Select the orphan PST files.
Click ‘Open’ now.
Click on “Export Mailbox Button” in the above screen display
The software will then show you all the items present in the selected PST file. Screenshot is as follows:
Select and click ‘Start Conversion’
Location to save the converted PST files will be asked. Select location.
Then software will ask you the file name you want to enter for the converted PST file.
Enter the name.
Then click ‘Export Mailbox’ to export your mailbox.
